Objective

The objective of this was to create a bridge of interaction between the students and the organisation.

Content

On 03rd October 2023, the GN GROUP OF INSTITUTES, GNIT College of Pharmacy initiated a 3-week highly instructive Induction program 2023-24 from 3rd October 2023 to 21st October 2023 for our B. Pharm. 1st year students. Under the esteemed guidance of honorable Shri B. L. Gupta ji (Chairman, GN Group of Institutes), Dr. Shakshi Agarawal (Member management), and supervision of honorable Prof. (Dr.) Sharad Agarwal (Director General, GN Group of Institutes) and Dr. Ruchi Jain (Director, Admission and Librarian), students, explored the pharmacy field.

On 03rd October 2023, events was inaugurated to increase students awareness of pharmacy.

GNIT College of Pharmacy along with our respected dignitaries welcomed our respected chief guest, Mr. Prakash Chandra Sharma, Executive President of India and South East Asia, Suzhou NanoMicro Technology Co. Ltd., Respected Guest of Honour, Dr. Satarupa Deka, an Assistant Professor of IILM University, Greater Noida.

The event started with a motivational speech by our Honourable Chairman sir, Shri B.L. Gupta ji, GN group of Institutes.

Further, Mr. Sharma gave an enriching session on the 'Scope and Objectives of Chromatography Techniques.' He educated students about the utility of such techniques in various fields of pharmacy, from quantitative analysis to drug screening.

Next, Dr. Satarupa Deka gave an enriching lecture on 'Stress Management and Personality Development.' She conducted interactive exercises to embark our budding pharmacist on a journey towards self-improvement and well-being. The palpable enthusiasm and satisfaction displayed by the participating students were a testament to the program's success.

This event came to closure with a vote of Thanks by HOD, Anil Kumar Sahdev, GNIT College of Pharmacy. The event was mutually beneficial in engagement to set of positive precedent for future collaborations between the institutions and industry.

Outcome

Dedication, Affirmation, Confidence, Common sense, Leadership qualities, Communication power emerged  as  they answered when they were asked about the sports. They realised that sports were also the part of their lives.
