This is a 4-year program spread over 8 semesters, leading to a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy. The program is play an important role in Various Pharmaceutical industry, Hospital Pharmacist, Drug inspector, and Research. he B.Pharm is one of the popular job oriented course among the science students after class 12th. In this course the students study about the drugs and medicines, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Medicinal Chemistry etc. This course provides a large no. of job opportunities in both the public and private sector.
Advantages
The course for B. Pharm. shall extend over four years consisting of two semesters each year, along with inbuilt industrial/ community pharmacy/ hospital training.
A student is expected to attend at least 75 % of total attendance for each subject, in the absence of which he/she will not be eligible to appear the exam for that subject as per University norms. A student is required to monitor his/her attendance own attendance and no separate notice will be displayed.

For admission to first year of B.Pharm, the candidate must have passed intermediate examination of U.P. Board or 10+2 level examination or its equivalent from any recognized Board/University : Securing minimum 50% marks for General & OBC (45% for SC/ST) marks in total of the required subject combinations either in Physics, Chemistry and Maths or Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
Based on the rank obtained in merit list is prepared based on the basis of marks obtained at the qualifying examination of UPSEE Entrance Examination.
Candidates who have passed Diploma in Pharmacy with minimum 60% marks for General & OBC (55% in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST category) recognized by the U.P. Board of Technical Education/or its equivalent are eligible for direct admission to second year (lateral entry) of B.Pharm course.
