From darkness to the light that allow us to assign ourselves to superior deeds, and brings us closer to divinity. Diwali is the festival of lights and illuminates every corner of India. The scent of incense laden air, mingled with the joy, togetherness and hope for a better tomorrow and future for one and all.
'The festival of lights' came alive at GNIT College of Pharmacy, Greater Noida on the 20th of October, 2022. College had a festive look with Diyas and lanterns and harlequin colours of Rangoli done by students provided a perfect ambiance to the festivity. Director Madam lit the lamp with HOD sir at the assembly.
Students discussed the festival's significance, such as how good always triumphed over evil and when and why Diwali is celebrated throughout India. Furthermore, faculty advised everyone that instead of crackers let their laughter be heard all around. Have a clean Diwali this year.
The sun does not shine there, nor do the moon and the stars, nor do lightning shine. All the Diyas of the world cannot be compared even to a ray of the inner light of the Self. Merge yourself in this light of lights and enjoy the “HAPPY DIWALI”.
